The emphasis in my practice is civil and criminal litigation.  I aggressively represent my clients in court to protect their valuable interests.  My practice areas include the following:

CRIMINAL DEFENSE:  I am retained to defend clients accused of committing misdemeanors and felonies.  I aggressively represent them to protect their constitutional rights and vindicate their innocense at jury trials.

DUI / DWI:  I represent clients accused of driving a vehicle (automobile or vessel) under the influence of alcohol or a controlled substance.  I am hired to protect my clients' driving privilege and help them avoid the expense and embarrasment of a DUI conviction.

CIVIL LITIGATION:  I represent clients in civil court whose person, property, reputation, or business has been injured in order to obtain money damages for them.  I also defend individuals and businesses in civil court who are wrongfully accused of misconduct.  Additionally, I assist clients in collecting money judgments they have been awarded.

JUVENILE LAW: I am retained by parents to represent their children when their children are accused of committing a crime, and I will defend parents in court when they are accused of abusing or neglecting their children.

WRITS & APPEALS:  I represent client in appellate court in order to challenge a lower court's decision that resulted in an injustice to my client.

CIVIL RIGHTS:  I file lawsuits against the government and public servants for money when they injure my clients.
